Joe Boland, CLU, DIA, currently serves as the Manager of IDI Sales Operations and previously held the role of IDI Sales Consultant at The Standard since December 2020. Prior to this, Joe worked at the Branca-Rampart Agency from October 2012 to December 2020 in disability brokerage, contributing to one of the largest brokerage agencies in the area. Joe's experience also includes a position as Sales Manager at Crump Life Insurance Services, where oversight involved high-end producers and complex insurance needs from August 2007 to September 2012, and as a Financial Analyst at Coventry First, LLC from July 2006 to August 2007. Educational qualifications include a degree from the University of Notre Dame and studies at La Salle University and Monsignor Bonner High School.
