John Erickson, AIF®, CPFA, currently serves as the National Accounts Sales Director at The Standard since January 2023. Prior to this role, John spent over 17 years at Securian Financial as an Institutional Relationship Consultant and led the Retirement Plans - Internal Sales Desk. His earlier experience includes positions as a Registered Representative of Securian Financial Services, Inc., Sr. Internal Wholesaler at UnitedHealth Group, and various roles at Prudential Insurance, culminating as an Underwriter. John holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science and Sociology from Luther College, awarded in 1994.
