John Maynor

John Maynor has extensive work experience in information security and risk management. John is currently working at The Standard as the Senior Director of Information Security & Risk Management, leading the Third Party Risk Management and Security Operations programs. Previously, they held roles as the Director of Third Party Risk and Supplier Relationship Management and as the Third Party Risk Management Governance Director at The Standard. Prior to that, they were the Senior Leader of Global Third Party Risk Management at Worldpay. John also worked at PwC as a Director in the Cybersecurity and Privacy Solutions practice and as a Manager in Risk and Security Assurance. Before that, they were a Senior Information Security Consultant at The Standard Register Company and an Information Security Analyst at The Reynolds and Reynolds Company.

John Maynor earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from Wright State University from 1996 to 1999. John then pursued their MBA, specializing in Management Information Systems, at the University of Dayton from 2003 to 2006. Additionally, John holds certifications such as CompTIA Security+ Certification, Certified Information Systems Auditor, and Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control.
