Jonathan McNally

Jonathan McNally is an experienced corporate communications manager at The Standard since September 2002, focusing on developing impactful communications and campaigns that enhance employee engagement and understanding of the company's brand and strategies. In previous roles at The Standard, Jonathan served as a Lean Practitioner, where collaboration with leadership teams facilitated the maturity of Lean Management Systems, and as a Process Architect, facilitating process analysis and collaboration with internal clients. Jonathan's background also includes work as a Senior Technical Writer, producing documentation to support process improvements, and as a Disability Benefits Processor, resolving customer service issues. Additionally, Jonathan has been providing freelance creative services as a designer, illustrator, and collaborator since September 2000. Educationally, Jonathan holds a BA in English literature and education from Northwest Nazarene University, along with continuing education in Animation and sequential storytelling from the Pacific Northwest College of Art.
