Justin Packard

Justin Packard, CFA, is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in fixed income portfolio management. Currently serving as the Senior Fixed Income Portfolio Manager at The Standard since September 2021, Justin oversees a range of strategies and leads a team of analysts in achieving optimal trade execution and performance metrics. Prior experience includes managing portfolios at DB Fitzpatrick and SLC Management, where Justin was instrumental in trading securities and constructing profitable investment portfolios. Notably, Justin has developed an analyst and internship program to mentor aspiring finance professionals. Justin began a career in finance at Washington Mutual after earning a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from the UW Foster School of Business.
