Kari Miles is an experienced Talent Management Partner at The Standard, where since September 2008, efforts have been led to enhance First Day Orientation, achieving over a 95% approval rating from new employees. Previous roles at The Standard include Employee Relations Consultant, where complex investigations were conducted, and coaching was provided to executives and managers.
