Kate O'Farrell

Kate O'Farrell, MA, GPHR, is an experienced Senior Human Resources Business Partner at The Standard, focusing on the execution of human resources practices in collaboration with executives and senior management. Prior to this role, Kate served as a Senior HR Business Partner at OHSU, where strategic initiatives were developed to enhance the organization’s competitive advantage. Previous positions include Human Resources Manager at Tacoma Housing Authority and various HR roles at Washington Federal, Portland Public Schools, and Blaine County School District. Kate holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Marketing, both from Gonzaga University.
