Kim DeLacy, CFA, has extensive experience in the finance sector, particularly in fixed-income portfolio management. Since February 1987, Kim has served as Senior Portfolio Manager at Standard Insurance Company, overseeing a $12.3 billion fixed-income portfolio while ensuring compliance with yield, duration, quality objectives, and regulatory guidelines. Additionally, Kim held the role of Mortgage Loan Closer and later Director of Investment Management at Stancorp Investment Advisers from January 2008 to 2012. Kim holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance from Portland State University, obtained between 1982 and 1985.
