Lance Berthiaume

Lance Berthiaume has extensive experience in the financial services industry, particularly in actuarial roles. At Old Mutual Financial Network, Lance served as VP of Financial Reporting & Planning, managing a team of 25 and overseeing actuarial valuation and management reporting. After transitioning to Genworth Financial, Lance held positions as Annuity Pricing Leader and SVP Annuity Chief Actuary, focusing on annuity product development and pricing. Subsequent roles included consulting as a Contractor at Willis Towers Watson and serving as SVP Actuarial Services at Genworth, with a focus on management transitions and implementation of regulatory changes. Most recently, Lance worked as AVP Annuity Valuation at Lincoln Financial Group and currently serves as Senior Director Actuary at The Standard. Educationally, Lance holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business & Math from UNH Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics.
