Laura Willis, M.Ed, CRC, is an experienced professional currently serving as a Lean Coach at The Standard since January 2020, where Lean practices are deployed across the organization while coaching leaders in Lean leadership and problem-solving capabilities. Prior to this role, Laura managed the Disability Management Resources department from October 2001 to January 2019, overseeing the hiring and training of diverse staff and developing infrastructure for the Physician Review Process. Previous positions include Lead Vocational Case Manager and Vocational Case Manager at The Standard, and Disability Benefits Analyst, as well as an internship as a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor with the State of Oregon. Laura holds a Master of Education in Vocational Rehabilitation Counseling and a Bachelor of Applied Science, both from the University of Idaho.
