Lorelei Koory, PhD, is a Senior Systems Analyst specializing in ServiceNow at The Standard since 2025. With a strong background in IT management, they previously served as IT Director at All Claims Consulting, Inc., where they led technical operations and network development. Lorelei's experience also includes roles at University of South Alabama Health as an Integration Architect and at NCH as an Enterprise Architect, focusing on application architecture and technology solutions. They hold a PhD in Computing from the University of South Alabama, where they also earned a Master’s and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems.
