Micah Rubenstein is currently serving as the Vice President of LTD Claims and Disability Management Resources at The Standard, a role commenced in 2022. Prior to this, Micah spent 27 years at Standard Insurance Company, concluding as a Sr. Director of Disability Benefits, where they led various teams and demonstrated a strong capability in improving disability claims management. Micah earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Southern Oregon University in 1995.
