Michael Budde currently serves as a Customer Integration Transformation Strategist at The Standard, having joined the company in November 2017. In this role, Michael is responsible for defining and implementing the Customer Integration strategy, which encompasses people, processes, and technology, while aligning with Employee Benefits strategy objectives. Prior to The Standard, Michael held positions at Capital One as a Senior Manager of Product Operations, achieving significant revenue growth and operational efficiency, and at HSBC as a Senior Manager in Enhancement Services, where strategies were implemented that increased revenue and improved customer retention. Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts in Religion and Christian Ministries from Warner Pacific University and an Associate's degree from Portland Community College.
