Nick Warne is the National Accounts Practice Leader at The Standard, where they focus on developing strategies to enhance and retain National Accounts customers, drawing on over two decades of experience in employee benefits solutions. Previously, Nick held various roles at The Standard, including Senior Implementation Manager and Director of Absence Management, where they managed complex projects and teams. Nick's expertise includes integrated absence and disability management, life insurance, and customer experience enhancement. They earned a BS in Political Science from the University of Oregon, where they continue their education.
