Paige Johnson

Paige Johnson is a seasoned professional in talent management and human resources with a diverse background spanning several companies. Currently serving as a Talent Management Partner II at The Standard since May 2020, Paige specializes in developing customer-oriented program processes and facilitating continuous improvement. Prior experiences include roles at Daimler Trucks North America as a Human Resources Analyst focused on talent development and data analysis, where performance data for approximately 16,000 employees was analyzed. Paige also holds experience in onboarding, communications, and program management from previous positions at FULL Creative, CDK Global, and Pier 1, along with a foundational background in marketing and promotions. Paige earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resource Management from Portland State University.
