Phil Aston

Phil Aston is currently the Manager of Agile Delivery and IT Program Manager at The Standard, where Phil plays a key role in launching new insurance products, managing vendor engagements, data integrations, and modernizing applications. Prior to this, Phil worked as a Senior IT Project Manager at DeAgostini Uk Ltd, where Phil managed a global IT Business Team and defined application strategic plans. With a background as a Business Analyst at 3M, Phil has a BA Hons in Business Studies from the University of Northampton.
