Randy Woods

Randy Woods is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and continuous improvement across various industries. Currently serving as the Director and Lean Practitioner at The Standard since October 2013, Randy leads a team of internal consultants to enhance Lean Management Systems and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Previous roles include Manager of Financial Services, where Randy established a new team of Taxation Analysts and Consultants, and Sr. Financial Quality Analyst, conducting organization-wide assessments. Prior to The Standard, Randy held positions at JPMorgan Chase as Branch Manager, focusing on profitable growth and customer service, and at 24 Hour Fitness in various capacities, culminating as Club Manager, driving strategic planning and business growth. Randy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting and Business Administration from Warner Pacific University.
