Rick Lippert

Rick Lippert possesses extensive experience in sales leadership within the insurance industry. Currently serving as the Regional Sales VP for the Northeast at The Standard since September 2008, Rick provides oversight for sales operations across the region. Prior to this role, Rick managed the sales and service team at The Standard's Minneapolis office, focusing on group life, short-term disability, long-term disability, dental, and vision insurance for corporate clients. Rick's earlier career includes positions in sales at Crawford Advisors, LLC from March 2006 to September 2007 and at The Hartford from 2001 to 2003. Rick holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, obtained between 1985 and 1988.
