Scott Rainey

Scott Rainey is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in treasury and cash operations. Currently serving as a Treasury Analyst II at The Standard since August 2022, Scott previously held roles as a Treasury Analyst at Portland Community College and as a Finance Analyst at OHSU. With a strong background in financial reporting, cash management, and policy development, Scott has contributed significantly to organizations such as OHSU, where responsibilities included creating cash handling policies and managing bank reporting during significant acquisitions. Scott holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the College of Idaho and completed advanced coursework at Portland State University's School of Business.
