Shane Sitarz has extensive experience in the employee benefits sector, currently serving as the Employee Benefits Sales Manager and previously as a Senior Employee Benefits Consultant at The Standard since February 2001. Prior to this role, Shane worked at Unum from May 1997 to February 2001 as a Group Sales Representative in Tampa, Florida. Shane holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Northern Illinois University and has also received training from the United States Navy.
