Sheri Stover currently serves as the L&D Project Lead & Experience Designer at The Standard, beginning in December 2024. Previously, Sheri held the role of Learning and Development Consultant at Securian Financial for over 18 years, where responsibilities included facilitating strategic retreats for executives and leadership teams, promoting effective communication, and leading cross-department initiatives aimed at improving organizational outcomes. Prior experience includes serving as a Career Counselor and Supervisor of the PA Program at the University of Wisconsin-River Falls, and working as a Marketing Channel Administrator at Digital River. Sheri Stover holds a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from the University of St. Thomas and a Bachelor of Arts in English and Psychology from Augustana University (SD).
