Stacia Fields is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and benefits administration. Currently serving as an Account Specialist Onsite for The Standard, Stacia manages the administration of various employee benefits for a national account, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and acting as a liaison between The Standard and client teams. Previously, Stacia held multiple roles at HTI - Human Technologies, Inc., including Operations Leader and Senior Industrial Recruiter, where responsibilities included workforce management, employee relations, and full-cycle recruiting. Holding a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and Management from Lander University and a Human Resource Management Certificate from Piedmont Technical College, Stacia combines a strong educational background with a proven track record in the HR field.
