Steven Roberge has extensive experience in the field of Enterprise Content Management (ECM) and software engineering, currently serving as a Scrum Master and ECM Solutions Consultant at The Standard since January 1999. Roberge leads Agile delivery teams specializing in Life and Disability Services while utilizing Lean and Agile methodologies to develop innovative solutions. Previously, Roberge played pivotal roles in technical leadership and integration, achieving significant project milestones, including a $3.2 million claims systems upgrade. Prior experiences include key contributions to imaging and workflow implementations at North Pacific Insurance Company and infrastructure design for FileNet systems at Beacon. Roberge holds a technical degree in Computer Science from the Computer Career Institute and has attended Portland State University and the University of Idaho.
