Previously, Jon held the position of Director of Global Logistics & Distribution at onsemi from April 2022 to April 2025, overseeing global logistics and transportation with a significant annual spend. Jon's experience includes roles as Global Logistics Manager at Axon and Hanna Andersson, focusing on comprehensive logistics management and process improvements. With a background in international logistics at Amoss Trading Services and Marten Transport, Jon has coordinated transportation operations and managed teams effectively. Jon's career began in youth sports as an umpire, where conflict management skills were first developed. Jon holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Logistics from the University of Tennessee and an MBA from Arizona State University.
