Kevin Southgate

Kevin Southgate is a seasoned operations and transformation leader with extensive experience in the aviation and aerospace industries. Currently serving as Site Director at StandardAero since February 2023, Kevin has demonstrated strong financial acumen through full P&L accountability for businesses with annual turnovers of up to $54 million. Previous roles included significant positions at Arrival, the National Composites Centre, Airbus Defence and Space, and GE Aviation, where Kevin focused on operational excellence, supply chain management, and programme delivery across various projects. Kevin holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration from the University of Warwick and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of the West of Scotland, complemented by leadership training from Crotonville.
