Russell Hickle

Russell Hickle possesses extensive experience in the aerospace and defense industry, currently serving as the Accountable Manager and Director of Quality at StandardAero since December 1997, where responsibilities include enhancing operational performance and financial returns with a focus on Turn Around Time (TAT) improvements. Hickle has held various leadership positions at StandardAero, including Vice President of Military and Energy Operations, Director of Operations Excellence, Supply Chain Director, and Operations Manager. Key contributions involve overseeing New Product Introduction, strategic supply chain management, and managing Lean Manufacturing initiatives to optimize production processes. Hickle began their career in the United States Marine Corps as an F/A-18 Powerplant Mechanic and holds a Bachelor of Science in Management of Technical Operations from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, with ongoing education at The University of Arizona Global Campus.
