Erin Rooney

Erin Rooney serves as the Chief of Staff at SCRAM Systems since June 2023 and has held various executive support roles at Standard BioTools since December 2017, including serving as Executive Assistant to the CEO and CFO. Erin has significant experience at Thermo Fisher Scientific, where responsibilities as Business Development Coordinator included managing a portfolio of over 50 deals and coordinating with Legal, IP, and R&D teams. Previous positions include serving as Assistant to the Chairman/CEO at Degenkolb Engineers, Executive Assistant at Freeman, Sullivan & Co., and other roles in administrative support and bookkeeping across several organizations. Erin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of San Francisco and also studied at the University of Oxford.
