Craig started their career at Bell as a Technical Support Specialist before moving on to General Motors as a Head Office Liason. Craig then worked at eBay providing customer support. Craig then transitioned to JPMorgan Chase & Co. as a Member Services Specialist before joining Vivonet as a Technical Support Team Lead. Craig also served in roles such as Training and Quality Coach and Professional Services at Vivonet. Craig later joined Touchpoint Restaurant Innovations as Manager, Customer Success and PrecisionOS Technology as a Partner Success Manager.
