Spencer Pollock

Spencer Pollock has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Most recently, in 2022, they worked as a DevOps Developer at StandardFusion. Prior to that, in the same year, they held the position of Director at Developer Box Inc. From 2021 to 2022, Spencer worked as a Systems and IT Consultant at Whitecap RSC Medical. In 2021, they briefly served as a Director of Gaming at a startup gaming company. From 2020 to 2021, Spencer worked as a Junior Engineer at Night Garden Studio, where they developed and maintained game assets and implemented new features. They also have experience in the film industry, having worked as a Senior Production Services Technician at Sony Pictures Imageworks in 2018 and as a Systems Engineer in 2017. Additionally, Spencer also worked as a Lacrosse Referee at Langley Minor Lacrosse Association from 2007 to 2019 and as a Hockey Referee at Langley Minor Hockey Association from 2010 to 2018. They also served as the Chair of the School of Computing and Academic Studies at the British Columbia Institute of Technology Student Association in 2017, where they represented students and managed the scope and direction of the association.

Spencer Pollock has a strong educational background in the field of computer technology and computer systems. From 2016 to 2019, they attended the British Columbia Institute of Technology and obtained a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology. Prior to that, from 2014 to 2016, they completed a Diploma program in Computer Science at the same institution.
