Ashley van Amstel

Ashley Van Amstel is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in managing IT infrastructure and operations. Currently serving as the IT Infrastructure and Operations Manager at Standards Australia since January 2020, Ashley leads teams focused on cloud, security, and infrastructure management, including Salesforce and Atlassian. Prior experience includes roles at NSW Rural Fire Service from January 2008 to January 2020, where Ashley managed ICT infrastructure and operations across multiple sites, ensuring reliable service for staff and volunteers. Additional roles include Chief Information Officer and Service Desk Team Leader positions, emphasizing service delivery and ITIL process improvement. Ashley holds a Master’s degree in Information Technology Management from Charles Sturt University.
