Tracey Gramlick is a seasoned senior executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various sectors. Currently serving as Chair of the Board of Directors for Standards Australia and as a member of the Engineering Industry Advisory Board at Macquarie University, Tracey has a strong background in developing and promoting standards in Australia. Previously, in the role of Deputy Director of Growth and Strategy for CSIRO Manufacturing & Infrastructure Technology, Tracey focused on identifying growth opportunities and advocating for Infrastructure Technologies. Tracey's tenure at CSIRO also included strategic leadership in verification services. As the former Executive Director and CEO of the Australian Window Association, Tracey managed industry needs while fostering alliances and promoting professional standards. With an academic background that includes an MBA in Technology Management from Deakin University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Design from RMIT University, Tracey combines technical expertise with strategic vision in organizational growth and industry engagement.
