JF Gratton, MBA, P.Eng, PMP has over 20 years of work experience in various leadership and project management roles in the construction and energy industries. Currently, they are serving as the President of Standen's. Previously, they worked as the Vice President of Portfolio Operations at Mosaic Capital Corporation and as the Director of Project Management at Armtec. JF also held the position of Executive Vice President at Stealth Energy Services. Prior to that, they served as the General Manager and Director of Project Management at Tarpon Energy Services (Structures) Ltd. JF Gratton started their career as a Construction Coordinator at SNC-Lavalin and later worked as a Project Engineer at Tong Hup Seng Construction. Their diverse experience showcases their expertise in managing projects and operations to drive organizational success.

JF Gratton, MBA, P.Eng, PMP completed their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering from McGill University, from 1992 to 1997. In 2005, they obtained the certification of Professional Engineer (P.Eng) from The Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta (APEGA). Furthermore, JF Gratton acquired their Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in February 2012. Recently, from 2014 to 2016, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management, General from the Haskayne School of Business.
