Flavio Maschera currently serves as the Chief Innovation & Technology Officer at Standex International since August 2021, overseeing a diversified global manufacturing enterprise recognized for its quality and innovation across multiple segments. Flavio has held the position of President at Standex Engraving Mold-Tech since July 2006, where the focus is on optimizing surface performance through global operational consistency. Prior experience includes President of International Operations at BRAWO S.p.A. and General Manager roles in the mechanical industry, along with positions as Plant Manager at AIDA Europe, Operations Manager at BERETTA, and Logistics Manager at Fiocchi Munizioni. Flavio began a career in strategic consultancy at Temsi and holds various degrees in mechanical engineering from Politecnico di Milano, alongside qualifications in military piloting and classical studies.
