Rob Futcher

Rob Futcher has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the aerospace industry. Rob is currently serving as the Director of North American Operations at Standex Electronics. Prior to that, they were the President of Enjet Aero (formerly Enginetics Aerospace). Rob also held roles at Barnes Aerospace, including Division Manager, Value Stream Manager, and New Product Introduction Manager. Before that, they worked as a Sr. Project Manager at TECHNISOURCE ENGINEERING SERVICES. Earlier in their career, they served as an Engineering Manager at JACKSON PRODUCTS INCORPORATED, a Program Manager and Product Engineering Manager at Eaton Aerospace, and a Project Production Engineer/Planner at Boeing Commercial Airplane Group. Rob also worked as a Production Engineer at Aersotructures, Hamble Ltd and Aerostructures, Hamble. Additionally, they worked as an Engineering Cost and Finance Analyst at Aerostructures, Hamble Ltd.

Rob Futcher obtained their HNC in Engineering from Solent University from 1986 to 1988. In 2003 to 2004, they pursued a PMP Certification in Program Management from the International Institute for Learning (IIL). Prior to that, they completed their NC in Mechanical Engineering at Southampton Technical College from 1984 to 1986.
