Sagar Kane

Sagar Kane is a Product Engineer at Standex-Meder Electronics since November 2015, responsible for project management and sustaining engineering. Previously, as an Assistant Manager and Magnetics Design Engineer at Godrej from August 2012 to August 2014, Sagar managed projects, developed new diesel forklifts, and conducted DFMEA and FEA analyses. A key project included launching a premium line of 3.0 Ton Diesel Forklift trucks. Earlier experience includes a trainee position at Evergreen Engineering Company Pvt. Ltd., where Sagar improved productivity and implemented 5S and Kaizen policies, and a trainee role at Air India Limited focusing on engine assembly. Sagar holds a Micromaster in Supply Chain Management from MIT Center for Transportation & Logistics, a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati, and a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Mumbai, as well as a diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
