Standing Ovation
Amira Bahou is currently serving as a Project Leader at Standing Ovation in the Cheese department. Amira has previous experience as a food science teacher at Junia_ingénieurs and as a Doctoral Researcher at Inra. Amira also worked as a Quality Control Assistant Engineer at MENISSEZ SAS and has experience in R&D and quality assurance internships. Amira holds a Docteure en sciences des aliments from L'Institut Agro Rennes-Angers, a Diplôme d'ingénieur in Biochimie from INSA Lyon, and studied at Polytech Lille.
