Paul King

Paul King is the Ex-Officio Director at Stanford Children's Health. Paul has extensive experience in leadership roles in the medical field.

King started their career at Children's Hospital Los Angeles (CHLA), where they served as Vice President for 11 years. In that role, they were responsible for the overall operation of the hospital. Paul then transitioned to Pediatric Management Group, where they served as President and CEO for 8 years.

In 2013, King became the Executive Director of C.S. Mott Children’s Hospital and Von Voigtlander Women’s Hospital at the University of Michigan. Paul held that position until 2019. Currently, they are serving as the Ex-Officio Director at Stanford Children's Health.

Paul King has a Master of Science in Healthcare Administration from the University of Iowa and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Economics from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Paul also has certification from the American College of Medical Practice Executives/Medical Group Management Association as a Certified Medical Practice Executive (CMPE).
