Rishi Seth

Rishi Seth has a diverse work experience across various healthcare organizations. Rishi started their career at Merck as a Professional Representative from 2002 to 2005. Rishi then worked at the Boston Public Health Commission as a Research Assistant in 2005-2006. Rishi joined Northwestern Memorial Hospital in 2006 as an Administrative Resident, where they gained valuable experience in board governance, financial analysis, and quality improvement initiatives. Rishi later joined Boston Medical Center's Process Improvement Department in 2006-2007. At Northwestern Memorial Hospital, Rishi served as a Business Analyst/Project Manager from 2007 to 2009, followed by a role as Manager in the Emergency Department from 2009 to 2011. In 2011, Rishi joined NYU Langone Medical Center as the Emergency Department Administrative Director and later became the Senior Director of Medical Services from 2015 to 2016. Rishi then worked at Stanford Children's Health | Lucile Packard Children's Hospital Stanford, starting as the Director of Business Operations in 2016, then as the Administrative Director of Clinical and Business Operations from 2018 to 2020, and currently as the Vice President of Operations since August 2020. Rishi Seth is also a Board Member at the Ronald McDonald House Charities Bay Area from January 2021.

Rishi Seth completed their Bachelor's degree in Economics at the University of Michigan from 1998 to 2002. Rishi then pursued a Master's degree in Health Policy and Management at Boston University from 2005 to 2007. In addition, Rishi obtained a Lean and Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Rutgers Business School in August 2013.
