Hieu Nguyen

Hieu Nguyen has over 20 years of experience in the financial industry, with a focus on web solutions and application development. Hieu started their career at CGI as a Programmer & Software Analyst, where they developed an online loan application that instantly approved loans. Hieu also led a team in developing Loan Origination Systems for credit unions. After four years, Hieu joined CommonWealth Central Credit Union as a Senior Analyst. In this role, they delivered web solutions and integrated them with existing Loan Origination Systems, streamlining operational processes through application development and process improvement. Most recently, Hieu has been working at Stanford Federal Credit Union as a Platform Engineer. Here, they are responsible for delivering web solutions such as a Commercial write-up application and the External Transfers application. These solutions have saved the company money and improved efficiency.

Hieu Nguyen began their education in 1998 at Northern Illinois University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Computer Science.
