Scott Pierson

Scott Pierson began their career in 1975 as a Submarine Sonar Technician in the US Navy, where they gained advanced electronics and maintenance skills. Scott then worked at Unisys as a Senior Account Executive, specializing in network solutions from 1983 to 1998. Pierson then joined Compushare as an IT Governance, Risk, and Compliance Analyst, where they played a crucial role in developing and implementing new products. In 2007, they became the Chief Information Officer at Pacific Coast Bankers' Bank, where they implemented significant changes to the bank's custom in-house application and developed a disaster recovery solution. From 2008 to 2018, Pierson worked at Beachhead Solutions as the Director of Sales Engineering, focusing on data encryption and protection. Most recently, they worked at Casto Travel as the Chief Information Officer and Chief Security Officer, managing IT infrastructure and information security. In 2020, Pierson joined Stanford Federal Credit Union as an Information Technology Security Analyst.
