Arzo Mehdavi

Arzo Mehdavi possesses over 12 years of experience in nursing, specializing in critical care, emergency services, and surgical care. Currently serving as the Assistant Manager of the Pre/Post Surgical Unit at Stanford Health Care since November 2024, Mehdavi previously held the role of Assistant Manager at Kaiser Permanente, where significant clinical management and administrative coordination of patient care units were achieved. Additional experience includes roles as a Preop/PACU Registered Nurse and an Emergency Department Registered Nurse, showcasing a comprehensive skill set in emergency nursing and patient care coordination. Beyond clinical roles, Mehdavi co-founded The 5ive Pillars Organization, aiding in the resettlement of refugees in Northern California, and has actively contributed to various community services and anti-discrimination initiatives in Hayward.
