Beth Phillips

Beth Phillips is an experienced clergy member and legal professional with a diverse background in both spiritual care and law. Currently serving as a Priest and Triage Chaplain at Stanford Health Care since September 2023, Beth previously held the position of Rector at Christ Church Portola Valley - Woodside from August 2015 to June 2023, and served as an Assistant Priest at Christ Church NY from June 2013 to July 2015. Beth's theological education includes a Master of Divinity from Yale University and a Theology Certificate from the University of Cambridge. Prior to ministry, Beth practiced law as a Partner at Phillips & Phillips, LLC, specializing in civil rights and employment litigation, and served as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Chief Justice William R. Price at the Supreme Court of Missouri.
