Diana Janis

Diana Janis currently serves as the Admin Director of Total Rewards at Stanford Health Care since March 2022. Prior to this role, Diana held key positions including Executive Director of Human Resources Systems and Compensation at MemorialCare Health System from October 2015 to February 2022, and Sr. Director of Compensation and HRIS at Zenith Education Group for a brief period in 2015. Diana's extensive experience in information technology includes being the Assistant Vice President of Information Technology at Corinthian Colleges Inc., where leadership was demonstrated in managing a $10 million IT investment and developing critical systems, as well as serving as Sr. Director of Information Technology, overseeing ERP applications for a large educational organization. Earlier experience includes serving as Assistant Vice President of Human Resources System at St. Joseph Health System, where strategic HRIS initiatives were directed. Diana holds a Master's Degree in Human Resources from Chapman University and a certification in Human Resources Management from the University of California, Irvine.
