Grissel Hernandez, PhD, MPH, RN, HNB-BC, NPD-BC, SGAHN, currently serves as the Interim Associate Chief Nurse for the Office of Research Patient Care Services and Magnet Program Director at Stanford Health Care, where extensive experience includes leadership roles in education and professional development. In addition to responsibilities at Stanford, Grissel is a Faculty Associate at the Watson Caring Science Institute and owner of Inner Strategies, providing holistic nursing consultation and speaking engagements. Previous positions include Director of Nursing Professional Practice at AtlantiCare and various roles at the America Nurses Credentialing Center, including appraiser for Pathway to Excellence and accreditation programs. Grissel holds a PhD in Nursing from the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus and has a robust publication history in nursing education and practice.
