Merisa Kline has extensive experience in healthcare management, currently serving as the Manager of the Physician Partnership Program in Patient Experience at Stanford Health Care since June 2011. Previous roles at Stanford include Program Manager and Manager of the Patient Experience Analytics Team, as well as Project Manager and Senior Planning Specialist in Clinic Administration. Prior to Stanford, Merisa worked as a Program Specialist in Ambulatory Care at the VA Palo Alto Healthcare System and completed a GHATP Fellowship at Togus VA Medical Center. An Executive Intern at the Healthcare Association of New York State, Merisa holds a Master of Healthcare Administration from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Science in Human Development from the same institution.
