Shareef Valentine

Shareef Valentine, MA, BSHA, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in employee and labor relations, strategic planning, and leadership coaching. Currently serving as the Director of Employee and Labor Relations at Stanford Health Care and as the Director of Strategic Planning at Peace in Education, Shareef also founded Evolution Leadership Group LLC, specializing in leadership development. Previously, Shareef held key roles at UC Davis Health, AFGE, and Carl R. Darnall Army Medical Center, focusing on labor relations, conflict resolution, and training initiatives. Shareef's educational background includes a Master's degree in Negotiations Conflict Resolution and Peacebuilding and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Education in Leadership and Innovation.
