Yousra Elsir

Yousra Elsir currently serves as an Advanced Practice Provider at Stanford Health Care since September 2023 and has been an Ambassador for Muslim Women in Healthcare since June 2020. Prior to these roles, Yousra gained experience as a Medical Scribe at OB/GYN Women's Health Center from February 2017 to April 2020, where responsibilities included documenting physician dictated patient histories and lab results. Additional experience includes positions as a Student Worker at the University of Michigan Disabilities Center and an Intern at Flint Cultural Center Corporation. Earlier work as a Tutor for Kumon North America, Inc. spanned from October 2014 to September 2016. Yousra holds a Master of Science from Stanford University School of Medicine, a Doctor of Medical Science from Butler University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Human Biology from the University of Michigan-Flint, attended from 2016 to 2019.
