Al'ai Alvarez serves as the Director of the Physician Resource Network Support Program and the Chair of the Physician Wellness Forum at Stanford WellMD/WellPhD. In addition, Al'ai Alvarez holds the position of Clinical Associate Professor. Experience includes serving as the Assistant Medical Director in Quality Education and Clinical Operations at Santa Clara Valley Medical Center and working as a Reservist/Emergency Physician at Vituity. Al'ai Alvarez completed an MD at the University at Buffalo and pursued residency training in Emergency Medicine through the Jacobi-Montefiore Emergency Medicine Residency Program at Albert Einstein College of Medicine.
