Miranda St. Fleur, Ph.D., serves as the Assistant Director of Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (JEDI) - Community and Partnerships at Stanford University School of Medicine, where responsibilities include developing strategic partnerships to enhance the employee experience and realizing the JEDI vision for staff. In previous roles within the School of Medicine, Miranda has been instrumental in operationalizing DEIB initiatives and providing consultations and training for the Biosciences community. Miranda holds a Ph.D. in Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology from Stanford University and a Bachelor's degree in Biology from the University of San Diego.
