Sam Freshman

Sam Freshman is a prominent figure in the real estate industry, serving as the Owner and Chairman of Standard Management Company since 1962. Freshman also holds the title of Chairman Emeritus at Stanford Professionals In Real Estate (SPIRE) since January 2011. Previously, Freshman was the Managing Partner at Freshman, Marantz, Comsky, and Deutsch LLP, a real estate law practice, from 1957 to 1983. Additionally, Freshman contributed to academia as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Southern California Graduate School of Business, lecturing on advanced real estate law from 1970 to 1973.
